The first Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) was submitted to West Lothian Council on 27th September 2022 and was followed by a community consultation event at Ecclesmachan Village Hall on Thursday 10th November 2022.  The feedback received during this event and subsequent meetings resulted in an amendment to the proposed site design.

Since then, further amendments were made, which triggered submission of a new PAN.  These amendments were presented to the community at a third and final consultation event on 12th September 2023.  Following feedback, the concept design has been amended, with the final proposal being reflected below.

A planning application was submitted to West Lothian Council in late July 2024, with planning reference 0568/FUL/24. Ahead of submission, we attended Ecclesmachan and Threemiletown Community Council meeting in June 2024 to outline the finalised design.
